Yes. Entry passes can be used across all fit · bloc outlets. Each single entry pass allows you to visit all 3 outlets within the same day.

You may download the fit · bloc app – iOS / Android to log in and check on your available passes. Alternatively, you may also contact us via our Business WhatsApp and our counter crew will assist you from there.

Yes, all first-timers will also have to register for an account here. For first-timers to fit · bloc, enjoy a special starter bundle promo for 3 passes at only $55, with complimentary shoe and harness rental for all 3 sessions.

Yes, shoe and harness rental is available. A gentle reminder to bring your own pair of socks if you require rental shoes.

Yes. All children, except for young infants, will be subject to an entry charge, whether they are climbing or not. Do note that we recommend climbing for children aged 5 and above. Each child will need to be supervised by an accompanying adult, and 1 adult can only supervise 1 child. All gym patrons, regardless of age, are required to pay for their entry.

All customers require an entry pass to enter the gym. The only exception applies when you are an accompanying adult to a child below 12 years old and you’re not planning to climb. In this instance, you may purchase the accompanying pass.

We provide bookings for corporate programs to host team bonding activities, weekly corporate classes and promotions for bulk corporate passes. Kindly fill up the relevant forms here to submit your interest.

Yes! We provide 1-1 or small group private sessions for climbing. If you’re interested, please contact us at 89116635.

You may have your 1-1 personal training session in our gym, as long as both parties are on a paid membership/entry pass. Group training is only allowed with prior arrangements made, in order to maintain a conducive environment for our members.

If you are keen to engage a personal climbing coach, please contact us at 89116635. Poaching gym members or soliciting your services as a personal trainer is strictly prohibited. fit · bloc reserves the right to take necessary actions if anyone is found violating this rule.

Unlimited Monthly Members

Our Unlimited Pass subscription entitles you to unlimited access to all our facilities across all fit · bloc outlets – rock climbing walls, weights gym, swimming pool, and sauna included. Find out more here!

The billing cycle for all Unlimited Pass holders begins on the first day of each month.

No, there is no minimum subscription period to be an Unlimited Season Pass member.

There isn’t a cancellation fee. However, you are charged on the 1st of each month for a new billing cycle. We strongly advise to cancel before the start of the next billing cycle if you wish to end your subscription. No refunds will be given if you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle.

There is no limit to the amount of time you wish to freeze your pass for. However, do note that freezing your subscription is chargeable at $15/month.

All Other Pass Holders

Please drop us a message via our Business WhatsApp with your friend’s name and contact number. We will link up your accounts for pass sharing. After the linking is successful, your friend can check-in at our counter as usual.

There is no limit to the number of people you can link to your account.

Pool at Kent Ridge

Booking is not required to use the pool.

If you’re an Unlimited Monthly Pass member or using a Single Entry/Multipass, proceed to our Kent Ridge front counter on level 3 before using the pool.

If you do not own any passes and only wish to use the pool, proceed to our front counter at level 3 to purchase the $10 pool entry pass before using the pool.

If you’re using the Unlimited Monthly Pass or regular Single Entry/Multipass, pool access is already included in the gym entry pass. However, if you’re using the $10 pool entry pass, access is limited to usage of the pool only.
